Chims Cabins is located on the west side of Port Alberni along Highway 4, the last stop before heading to the West Coast and Tofino. Our location offers a quiet, convenient base for both personal getaways and professional travel, with an easy 5–10 minute drive anywhere in Port Alberni, including the city centre and work events.
We offer six (6) self-contained cabins, each with full-size kitchens, dedicated parking, and private covered decks. Two cabins include in-cabin laundry, and all guests have access to a dedicated guest laundry facility on site.
Our cabins accommodate 1–5 guests, with 1–3 beds depending on the layout you choose—ideal for solo travellers, couples, families, or work crews who want to stay together without booking multiple rooms.
Chims Cabins specializes in corporate and government travel, offering nightly, weekly, and monthly stays.
“Chims” is named after the bears that walk through the property, a unique and memorable part of the guest experience.
