Coldest Night of the Year

Description

Sage Haven Society invites you to help us to provide shelter and support for the members of our community who find themselves hungry and homeless. We offer emergency short-term housing for women and their children who are at risk of, or who have experienced intimate partner violence and abuse. Our Second Stage Housing offers longer term housing and support for women and children impacted by violence. 

Through our Community Resource Drop In Centre, we provide warmth, acceptance, and day-time shelter from the cold. A place where everyone is welcome. 

Join us on Saturday, February 28th, 2026 for the Coldest Night of the Year fundraising walk and help us raise vital support for those most vulnerable right here in our community.

What to Bring (a few common sense suggestions)

• A cell phone for emergencies (recommended)
• Good waterproof shoes/boots for walking
• Warm coat and mitts/gloves
• Extra snacks if you have allergies or food sensitivities
• Your own water bottle
• A passion for the charity you're walking and fundraising for!
